We understand the importance of feeling confident in your purchases, especially when it comes to health and skincare products.

We encourage you to try any of our products for up to 30 days*. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help with a smooth return process.

1. Return & Exchange Request:

Within 30 days of your purchase, please initiate a return request by contacting info@earthtohumans.co. Once notified, we will email a return label and further instructions.

 

2. Condition of the Product for Return & Exchange:

For your item to be eligible for a full refund, it must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. If the product has been opened, we are pleased to offer a store credit that can be used to explore other products in our range later.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

3. Return Shipping:

Upon receiving the return label, securely package the product and attach the return label to the package. Please note that unless the return was due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund or store credit.

4. Refund & Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. For opened or tampered products, we offer a store credit instead.

Please note that it may take 10-15 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

 

Eligibility:

Our policy is valid only for products purchased directly from our official website. If the items were bought from other retail platforms, such as Amazon, please refer to their individual return/refund policies.

Products received more than 30 days ago are no longer eligible for a refund or store credit. While we may not be able to accept returns for these items, your feedback is always welcomed and appreciated.

Delivered Orders:

If the carrier's system shows your package as delivered, but you didn't receive your order, please contact them directly to make a claim. We cannot make any refunds on orders that appear as delivered.

 

 

*Orders purchased after 40 days are not eligible for store credit.
